Owen Smith Memorial Bursary
The Owen Smith Memorial Bursary was established to honour the memory and legacy of Owen Smith by supporting the development of the next generation.
The annual bursary provides financial assistance to help recipients pursue their education, professional development and future career opportunities. It reflects the values Owen represented and creates a lasting contribution by helping others take the next step in their own journey.
